WELCOME TO OUR CLUB

Payneham Norwood Union Football Club is an Australian Rules football club based in Adelaide’s eastern suburb of Payneham. The Club is an amalgamation of two football clubs, the Payneham Football Club and the Norwood Union Football Club, which took place in 1995. The Payneham Football Club was originally established in 1901 and the Norwood Union Football Club originated in 1902. The Payneham Oval is a magnificent community facility and is the Club’s home ground and training base.

Marty is well known to all around the Falcon Family, and his record and commitment to the club speaks for itself including:

Nearly 40 years of history, having been involved at Payneham in 1986!

Senior premiership coach and experience across nearly all grades; including being integral to fielding past D Grade efforts with his connections and contacts from his many years around the game

Junior premiership coach

Committee Member for over five years

Not to mention 150+ games as a player

And of course Marty’s family has also been deeply involved in the club including playing and off field such as Tiana, our Head Senior Trainer for the past few seasons.

Marty is looking forward to the challenges of the new role, and we hope the PNU community can support him and the broader committee to further grow our successful club in 2024 and beyond.
